From Small Beginnings
Since 2005, AME has grown from a single office in Victoria to a multi-office mechanical engineering consulting firm serving Western Canada. While our footprint has expanded, our approach has remained consistent: thoughtful engineering, strong collaboration, and a focus on long term performance.
We are a team of more than 200 professionals who take a practical, hands-on approach to our work. We stay engaged throughout each project, working closely with our clients and partners to solve problems, coordinate effectively, and deliver outcomes that hold up over time.
As a 100% employee-owned firm, we take responsibility for the work we produce and the relationships we build. Our people are invested in the success of each project, which shows up in how we collaborate, how we make decisions, and how we support our clients from early design through delivery.
