Project Details

The Andrew Sheret Building at 740 Hillside Avenue in Victoria, BC, is a modern 6-storey commercial facility (8 storeys from Market Street) comprising 50,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space, 16,000 sq.ft. of ground floor retail space, and underground parking for 126 vehicles.

The $21 million building also features a common boardroom, an onsite daycare centre, food space, warehouse space, plus secure bicycle storage, a gym, and accompanying showers and change rooms for staff.

AME was the base building consultant for this new building and has also completed several tenant improvements for additional clients who have since moved in, including 2% Jazz and Western Cardiology Associates.
