This affordable housing project delivered 72 apartment-style units across two separate three-storey buildings. The residential units feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts to accommodate a range of household sizes and needs.
AME provided mechanical design services that included a centralized ventilation system supplying tempered fresh air to all individual suites to maintain consistent indoor air quality and thermal comfort. Each apartment was equipped with its own domestic hot water heater to provide reliable and immediate access to hot water. The mechanical approach balanced efficiency, comfort, and sustainability to support the project’s goal of delivering high-quality, affordable housing.
