Myriad is a 50-storey residential tower with 468 condominium units, including one-, two-, and three-
bedroom residences. The project is the final phase of the Heart of Burquitlam master-planned
community, bringing new homes and commercial space to a transit-oriented neighbourhood with access
to parks, community amenities, and the Bettie Allard YMCA. Shared amenities include fitness, co-working
and meeting spaces, guest suites, outdoor gathering areas, an urban garden, playground, media room,
and rooftop chef’s kitchen and dining area.
The mechanical design voluntarily targeted BC Energy Step Code compliance, with Step 3 targeted for the
rental component and Step 2 for the condominium component, supporting the project’s energy
performance goals.
