Casadona Developments Ltd. spearheaded this 254,000 sq.ft., six storey rental residential building with 254 suites located in the development of Seton in Calgary, AB.
The footprint of the building is extensive (equivalent to the length of two football fields) as there are restrictions to building heights in the Seton area. The residential development includes two (2) full levels of underground parking with approximately 250 stalls. AME designed the parkade system with NOX/CO ventilation and heated ramps.
Each suite, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedrooms were equipped with self-contained HVAC system complete with heat recovery, to meet energy and environmental control controls. We also pressurized the corridor to vent in fresh outdoor air for this sprawling design.
