The Centre 10 office tower in Calgary completed construction in early 2014. In early March 2015 AME was engaged by the Property Manager to be the base building engineers for ongoing fit-outs and mechanical studies.
The tenant fit-out for Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse included a commercial kitchen, large dining area, and a specialty kitchen exhaust/ecology unit to meet strict environmental and operational requirements. Gas and water systems were individually metered, and the project was delivered on time and within budget.
The Japanese Consulate and Philippine Consulate fit-outs, requiring tailored mechanical solutions, including secure, independent air distribution systems that met specific security standards.
In addition to those, we also designed the fit-outs for Mawer Investment Management and La Prep restaurant.
Over time, we’ve supported numerous mechanical site investigations, including assessments of cooling towers and chillers, and modified ductwork layouts to fit tenant requirements. We also remedied the parkade ramp heating system for safe, year-round access.
This long-standing partnership reflects our ability to deliver efficient, adaptable solutions that meet diverse tenant needs while enhancing overall building operations.
