PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The Cloverdale Sport & Ice Complex is a multi-sheet recreation facility designed to support year-round
community use, from ice sports to dry-floor programming. Planned in phases, the facility includes
multiple NHL-sized ice sheets, public circulation areas, amenities, and the building systems needed to
support a high-use recreation environment.

AME provided mechanical design, fire suppression design, and building performance services for the
complex. Our work included mechanical systems for arena and public spaces, along with a dry fire
suppression system suited to ice rink conditions where freezing is a key consideration. Careful
coordination with the design team helped integrate systems across varied ceiling conditions while
supporting comfort, safety, durability, and long-term operations.
