Crosspointe North is a 248,000 sq.ft. industrial warehouse that serves as a centerpiece of the 160-acre, first-class industrial park located in Rocky View County, AB. Designed to accommodate a range of industrial, distribution, and logistics tenants, the facility features a 40-ft ceiling height, 32 dock doors, and configurations adaptable for single or multi-tenant use. The project earned LEED v4 Core & Shell certification, reflecting its commitment to environmental responsibility.
AME played a central role in the project, providing mechanical design, energy modeling, and building performance analysis. These efforts saw compliance with the NECB while optimizing system efficiency to meet the developer’s goals. A key feature was the integration of a cost-effective rooftop solar energy array, enhancing the building’s overall performance and minimizing environmental impact. AME’s LEED-enhanced commissioning services further secured the building’s certification and long-term operational excellence.
