The project features the construction of two towers of 21 and 23 storeys, with 319 market rental units on floors 3 to 23. These are spread across 37-studio, 178 1-bedroom, 86 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom units. The towers are connected by a three-storey retail podium containing a new, expanded Safeway, liquor store, and additional retailers. The building also features a three-level underground parking garage with 117 commercial parking spaces and 177 residential parking spaces. AME commissioned the mechanical and plumbing systems for the commercial and residential spaces.
This project was commissioned in phases. The challenge was to time the process of commissioning right, a phased commissioning approach allowed for smooth operation on handover.
