AME was the mechanical engineering consultant responsible for the design of the new, state-of-the-art $70 million Manulife office tower in the heart of downtown Vancouver’s financial district.
This ultra-modern Class “A” office tower is designed to superior levels of sustainability. The project’s extensive range of energy efficiency measures includes: rainwater harvesting, maximizing heat recovery from building loads, computer rooms and exhaust air, high efficiency boilers, energy-efficient HVAC systems and ozone-friendly refrigerants.
