This project delivered a new outdoor aquatic facility designed to accommodate a wide range of users and recreational programming. Features include a hot tub, competition-capable lap pool, zero-depth beach entry leisure pool, lazy river, and interactive water elements.
The original basin floor of the lap pool was retained, with new structural walls and integrated features added. A new support building was constructed to house changerooms, a multipurpose room, a concession stand, and a combined reception and office area to support daily operations.
AME provided mechanical design services focused on performance, efficiency, and lifecycle value. The scope included an air-source heat pump supplementing traditional pool heating systems to improve energy performance and support long-term operational objectives.
