This building serves as the main office for NT Air, housing 70 employees and operating 11 aircraft from three bases in BC. Along with NT Air, other organizations such as Airconsol Aviation Service, BC Air Ambulance, and the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association also occupy the building.

The administration building is a 18,000 sq.ft., two-storey structure located alongside a 26,840 sq.ft. hangar with an impressive internal clearance of 28ft.

Mechanical design included in-slab floor heating for the hangar area, make-up air units, a fire suppression system and condensing boilers.
