AME provided mechanical design and commissioning services for the tenant improvement of three office floors at Scotia Wealth Management. The project included HVAC, ventilation, exhaust, CRAC units for the data centre, and domestic hot water systems.
AME’s scope included mechanical system design, on-site verification, and joint commissioning with the controls team. Through systematic walk-throughs and testing of VAVs, exhaust fans, CRAC units, and hot water systems, AME verified system functionality, addressed minor operational concerns, and supported reliable performance across the upgraded office space.
