PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The 5-storey SE3P Building and features one level of underground parking. This high-tech facility is designed for energy efficiency and reduced emissions leading to the achievement of the LEED Gold certification

Features include wet and dry teaching and research labs; classrooms; faculty, graduate and administrative offices; collaboration and study spaces; student services space, and the buildings physical plant. In addition, a 400- seat lecture hall situated on the southwestern portion of the ground floor, and a café planned next door, are intended to serve the full SFU Surrey campus as well as the broader public community and contribute to street level activity.
