The facility will seamlessly integrate critical, emergency, surgical, and acute hospital-based care with community and primary care services.
As the Mechanical Compliance Consultant, the AME Group is responsible for:
- Preliminary design services and spatial planning for all mechanical services,
- Assist in the business case for preliminary pricing,
- Stipulate the Mechanical Statement of Requirements,
- Set energy targets for the facility,
- And seeing the SOR is being met throughout designand construction process.
In line with the project’s goal of achieving LEED Gold certification, we will utilize our expertise in sustainable design and energy efficiency to contribute to this objective. We will design and implement mechanical services in a manner that supports this high standard of environmental sustainability.
