Project Details

The new 82,000 sq.ft., Surrey City Centre Library was designed by the talented team at Revery Architecture and represents part of the larger civic investment in the City. This ultra-modern community facility offers expanded collections, a large children’s library, casual reading and study spaces, as well as a Learning Centre that includes small and large community meeting spaces and an electronic classroom for training purposes.

Special architectural features include large windows, grand staircases, open ceiling areas and a stunning central atrium. Mechanical features comprise under floor air distribution, heat recovery with water-to-water heat pump and high efficiency boilers and water fixtures.
