PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Tapestry by Concert Properties is a 15-storey, 173-unit mixed-use residential tower with a 4-storey podium. The development includes 131 rental apartments and 42 independent living condominiums, with units ranging from 425 to 1,198 sq. ft. The project includes a single level of underground parking and 3,800 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial shell space.

Designed to support seniors living independently and actively, the building features a range of shared amenities. These include a commercial kitchen, dining and bar area, lounge and theatre spaces on Level 1, and health, wellness, and multipurpose areas on Level 5.

AME provided mechanical design services for the entire development, including HVAC and plumbing systems for residential units, amenity spaces, and commercial areas. Systems were developed to support comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term performance within a complex, multi-use layout. Mechanical coordination was particularly important given the mixed-use senior program and the building’s vertical distribution of services.
