This five-level building features three floors dedicated to office spaces, each with an average area of around 15,000 sq. ft., and two levels allotted for light industrial commercial retail space. Packed with a comprehensive suite of energy efficiency initiatives, the building maximizes heat recovery from various loads, computer rooms, and exhaust air-source heat pumps. It also employs high-efficiency boilers to minimize natural gas usage and incorporates energy-saving HVAC systems, including variable speed pumping and fan systems. The building surpasses ASHRAE 90.1 standards, featuring high-performance electrical transformers and ozone-friendly refrigerants. The extensive energy conservation measures further enhance its efficiency.
