As Vancouver’s tallest office tower, this extensive project posed several unique challenges. Our team worked closely with the building team to develop a comprehensive floor-by-floor commissioning schedule. We identified potential issues during construction, collaborated with the controls contractor to review the sequence of operations, and thoroughly tested all equipment in the commissioning phase.
In striving for building legacy, the AME Commissioning team responded to concerns well into occupancy, working with the building operations team to address issues and deliver a completed project that met the client’s expectations.
