True North Square is a multi-use development in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, MB.
This iconic development consists of two towers: a 17-storey Class A office tower and a 24-storey mixed-use commercial and residential tower. The development also includes a public realm space between the two towers with a water feature, and a skywalk that interconnects this development with the adjacent property.
The total development has an area of approximately 770,000 square feet and is targeting LEED Gold certification.
