The Undergraduate Life Sciences Teaching Labs Renewal project involved the renewal and expansion of the Biological Sciences complex to provide flexible, modern, and well-equipped interdisciplinary teaching laboratories for over 2,000 students. Existing mechanical and electrical facilities were upgraded along with seismic, life safety, and Building Code enhancements. The new facilities were designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
