Vancouver College is an independent Catholic school for boys offering university-preparatory education in Vancouver’s Shaughnessy neighbourhood. The Phase 1B redevelopment introduced new learning environments for Kindergarten to Grade 6 students, along with an elementary gymnasium, learning commons, chapel, and administration spaces. The project also retained the heritage façade from the original school building, preserving its historic presence on campus.
AME provided commissioning services for the mechanical and plumbing systems and prepared the facility’s Operations and Maintenance Manuals to support long-term performance and efficient building management.
