Project Details

The Victoria Airport Authority required an innovative way to bring together the Airport Operations Centre (AOC) staff with fire fighters to ensure seamless safety for passengers and staff. The ability to respond to heavy traffic and emergency situations was crucial to the project.

The new AOC and Fire Hall houses a four-apparatus vehicle bay, dorm rooms, training facilities, administration, fitness and meeting spaces. Several WWII-era buildings were replaced, and necessary fire protection and critical emergency response equipment was designed and installed.
